Isn't much huh? So why would I want to run faster if I can walk faster and maybe a little farther and get just as much in as running? Also isn't running bad for your knees? I know after a good jog (when I was forced) that my knees would be killing me. So yeah I think I'll opt for walking. And my Aunt is right, do it on an inclined spot and it's even that much more exercise for you.
I think the first exercise at the beginning of the year that I am going to try and what I saw on pinterest. It will take me 8 or so weeks, but I might try it for awhile:
Week 1 - Run 1 min. Walk 90 sec. Repeat 8 times do 3 times a week.
Week 2 - Run 2 min. Walk 1 min. Repeat 7 times do 3 times a week.
Week 3 - Run 3 min. Walk 1 min. Repeat 6 times do 3 times a week.
Week 4 - Run 5 min. Walk 2 min. Repeat 4 times do 3 times a week.
Week 5 - Run 8 min. Walk 2 min. Repeat 3 times do 3 times a week.
Week 6 - Run 12 min. Walk 1 min. Repeat 3 times do 3 times a week.
Week 7 - Run 15 min. Walk 1 min. Run 15 min do 3 times a week.
Week 8 - Run 30 min.
Uh yeah I might make it to week 4...We'll see how things go. But that I think is my first goal. I am really starting to get sick of my body. I'm not use to this and I don't want to become EVER!
